Dr. James Israel is the longest-employed physician with CMADC, having joined us when our clinic opened in 1993. He completed his medical education at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 1970; his Residency at Maimonides Medical Center in 1973; and his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1975. He continues to be one of our most popular physicians, due to his empathetic bedside manner and the time he takes with each patient.

Hailing from Haiti, where he completed his medical education and training from the Faculty of Medicine of the State University of Haiti in 1991, Dr. Lolo migrated to the United States and took on a position at Metropolitan Hospital as a Hospitalist, and currently holds positions as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine and as Chairman of the hospital’s Utilization Review Committee. Dr. Lolo joined CMADC in 2007.

Dr. Lawrence Ross graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Yeshiva University in 1972. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and served as Chief Medical Resident at Jacobi & Einstein hospitals. Dr. Ross completed a fellowship in Nephrology and is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He has practiced and taught at Jacobi & Einstein hospitals from 1970 - 2020. He joined Monsey Health Center in 2020.

Dr. Aviva Schuman received her medical degree from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel, and completed her internal medicine residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. She joined CMADC in 2023 and brings over 10 years of experience in adult primary care, with expertise in cardiology, neurology, women’s health, and behavioral health. Dr. Schuman is known for her compassionate care and excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Scott Silver received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Silver has a subspecialty in Geriatric Medicine and provides care to Adults at Monsey Health Center. Dr. Silver has practiced as a hospitalist and Primary Care Physician in California prior to joining Monsey Health Center. His is affiliated with Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, NJ.

Brian Blitz, PA-C received his medical training at Long Island University and The Brooklyn Hospital in conjunction with SUNY Downstate. He has extensive experience in community health, primary care, and emergency medicine, and previously worked at Beth Israel Medical Center, NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, and Charter Behavioral Hospital. Brian joined CMADC in 2009 and is a board-certified Physician Assistant, adjunct clinical assistant professor at LIU, and past Vice President of the New York State Society of Physician Assistants.

Sara is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her master’s degree in advanced nursing from Dominican College. She is dedicated to providing respectful, compassionate care to patients of all backgrounds. Sarah specializes in caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, working closely with families, group homes, and care teams to support her patients beyond the office visit.
