Dental Department
At Monsey Health Center, our Dental Department provides comprehensive oral care for patients of all ages. Our experienced team is dedicated to maintaining healthy smiles through preventive care, advanced treatments, and patient-centered service — all delivered in a comfortable and professional setting.
Our Dental Team is made up of skilled and compassionate professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care in a comfortable, welcoming environment. We work together to ensure every patient feels informed, supported, and confident in their smile.
Dr. Dwivedi earned her DDS from Columbia University and completed advanced training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at New York Medical College, with residency at Yale–New Haven Hospital. She is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and serves as an assistant clinical professor at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She was named a New York Top Dentist/Doctor in 2016–2017.

Dr. Mazlumi earned his DMD in Germany from the University of Hamburg School of Dentistry in 2009. He completed an accredited licensure program for international dentists at the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center, followed by a residency in General Dentistry and Oral Surgery at Westchester Medical Center. Board certified and licensed since 2015, he is a member of the ADA and Nassau Dental Society. CMADC is proud to have him on our team.

Dr. Oren Leben attended Touro College of Dental Medicine and went on to complete his residency at NYU Langone in General Dentistry. He has trained in Laser Dentistry and Digital Dentistry. Dr. Leben is Board Certified by the American Dental Association and Is also a member of the Academy of General Dentists. He has volunteered his time to treat underprivileged children and veterans. He has also mentored new Dental students.

Dr. Barbara Durandis-Goldberg completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at NYU School of Dentistry. She services patients of all ages and has previous experience working with thee underserved populations in NY school districts. Her goal is to promote oral health, especially in pediatric and geriatric patients.

Dr. Pucci has over 25 years of experience in dentistry and earned her DDS from NYU in 1993. She provides gentle care for patients of all ages, with special attention to those with dental anxiety. Known for her calm and compassionate approach, she is multilingual and a member of the ADA, AGD, and AWDA.

Dr. Khan has over 20 years of experience in general dentistry, caring for patients of all ages. Trained at the University of Michigan and the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, he is an Attending Faculty Member at Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Khan provides comprehensive restorative, endodontic, implant, and cosmetic care.

Dr. Victoria Alexander earned her DDS from NYU College of Dentistry in 2015 and completed her residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, serving as Chief Resident. She provides comprehensive dental care, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, periodontal therapy, TMJ, and sleep apnea treatment. Dr. Alexander has experience in both general and pediatric dentistry and is licensed in New York and New Jersey.

Dr. Moriah Miller attended Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and obtained her D.M.D. in 2019. She completed her residency in General Dentistry at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Miller is trained in fixed and removable prosthetics, root canal therapy, pediatric dentistry, extractions, operative and cosmic dentistry, implant restorations and she is Invisalign certified.

Dr. Penina Safier earned her DDS from Touro College of Dental Medicine and completed her residency at New York Medical College–Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY. She also completed an externship at the Westchester Institute for Human Development, providing dental care to adults and children with special needs. Dr. Safier has conducted research on medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw, focusing on best practices for at-risk patients.

Dental Hygiene Team
Jincy Abraham graduated from Bergen Community College in Paramus NJ in 2013. She has a BA from Montclair State University and holds licenses in both New Jersey and New York. Ms. Abraham Graduated with Honors and won an Award for Clinical Excellence. She is also Local Anesthesia Accredited. She sees patients of all ages from pediatrics to adults.

Albanellys Cedano, RDH, was born in the Dominican Republic and has a strong passion for health and wellness. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, giving her a solid foundation in preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, Albanellys is dedicated to patient education, promoting healthy habits, and creating positive dental experiences. Her goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their oral and overall health through compassionate, high-quality care.

Yosara Sanchez graduated from Hostos Community College in the Bronx in 2013. She is certified to administer both Nitrous Oxide and Local Anesthesia. Since graduating, she has gained extensive experience working in private dental practices and community health centers across multiple specialties, including pediatric, orthodontic, periodontic, and prosthodontic care. Yosara also worked in school-based dental programs throughout the Bronx, providing preventive services such as prophylaxis, sealants, and fluoride treatments, and has participated in numerous community dental fairs.
